His honesty about my gutters not needing cleaning just shows me his integrity about his work and how he appreciates his customers. I was fortunate to have my builder introduce me to Margarito Martinez when I needed a window cleaner. That was 5 years ago and I will continue to use him for the future. I have introduced him to many people who are just as happy with him. He is far more than just a wonderful window cleaner. He has moved furniture for me, changed lightbulbs, painted my brick mailbox and will do anything I ask. He is dependable and consistently good in quality and performance. Everything he does is excellent; Margarito watches for potential problems (flooding) and mitigates the problem before it happens! He also helped my son with his garage flood problem. We've had Martinez Home Improvement power-wash our house and wash our window the last several years and felt that he did a really good job, so we thought we'd hire Margarita to paint our basement. He and his crew did an amazing job! It was a difficult job; 3 rooms: a small den, laundry room and bathroom, with many sections in each room and LOTS of trim. I can't believe that he was able to do it in 3 ½ days; it took me 2 months when I did it seven yrs. ago! It looks GREAT!
